Transition
Student Curriculum
Effective secondary transition plans are key predictors of postschool success for students with disabilities. PCG is working in collaboration with ALSDE to offer a Transition curriculum called Transition Playbook. Transition Playbook is an online, student-facing curriculum designed to help students succeed in high school and beyond.
If you are interested in signing up for Transition Playbook, please click here or on the “Register for Playbook” link below and follow the instructions for providing your contact information.
